"Children are a gift from the Lord. They are a reward from Him." Psalm 127:3
I came across this Psalm today and realized that no matter how frustrating being a parent can occasionally be (with teething, sickness, etc.), how can you look at a face like this and not feel completely rewarded every day?

thanks for sharing that kelly! you are so right and just when the going gets tough, stop and think about those who are unable to have kids or have lost them for whatever reason... hard sometimes I know when he is screaming his head off :)
Cade doesn't scream, Lindsey - he just giggles and is cute all the time, right? Ha - one of the reasons I like being "Aunt Jenn" and not Mom Jenn :)
