We had a great week at he beach! Cade did so well on both the ride down and the ride back (a huge relief). He has been to the beach once before, but really loved it this time. He absolutely loved the sand, and would dig, fill his dump trucks and wagons, then dig some more. He was in absolute awe of the ocean, and would just stand there and let the water hit his feet (it was a little too cold to go in for a swim). We were glad that Rick and Pam were able to come down for the first few days, as Cade always loves spending time with them. Even though a couple of days were too chilly to go to the beach, the weather overall was gorgeous! Other than a little virus Cade got near the end of the trip, everything was great (if you ever have a sick child in Destin, go to the White Wilson Pediatric Clinic- they are awesome!). I am already looking forward to going back, although I can't imagine what it is going to be like to travel with two kids!

We were in Destin last week too! So fun! I am glad it finally warmed up down there. Hope you are feeling well! Any names yet? We have a list, but are having the hardest time choosing one...
i couldn't be more jealous. you and courtney were both at the beach, getting sun, eating seafood... i GUESS i'm happy for you :) you got some awesome pictures--i love the ones of you and cade. i also laughed out loud at your sunburn comment! looks like you had a great week for it--the weather looked beautiful. we need to get together soon! you guys need to head this way for a visit one night! see ya!
